Trouble with pdftex compilation related to Ppower4

Dear PPower4 users,

I created several presentations with ppower4 and appreciate it very=20
much. Thanks !
However, on my new computer, I cannot compile any longer any of the=20
files created and I sort out why. I have an up to date Miktex 2.6=20
running on Windows XP system. I compile the file using TeXnicCenter.

For instance, I got the following message when pdftex-ing the edemo.tex=20
file provided on the P^4 homepage:
