Not to belabor it too much, but in my previous message, I
forgot to add an example of my idea of a really helpful
tutorial approach.  (I hate it when people say they want
something good, but can't be specific!)  It is the page at

I don't even speak French, but you don't need babelfish to
figure out what this guy is talking about.  I look at a
stored local copy of his metapost page very frequently, and
some of the others as well.
