cmbright fonts

Hello together, maybe it's a bit off topic: I would like to use the cmbright fonts in my talk, because the appropriate math font's are supplied and I like the font ;-) But in pdf the fonts are uggly rendered. How can I overcome this problem? What font's are you using for talks? helvet? greetings...
