You seem to have a wrong version of tetex-src-2.0.2.tar.gz. Mine is:

  $ ls -l tetex-src-2.0.2.tar.gz
  -rw-r--r--    1 tetex    tetex    11745933 Feb  9 22:04 tetex-src-2.0.2.tar.gz

  $ md5sum tetex-src-2.0.2.tar.gz
  a16f6bba227d55e79aeee46fbbd82d28  tetex-src-2.0.2.tar.gz

I did create the xdelta's on the server that hosts the master copy of
teTeX and teTeX-beta, so they should be correct.
