[2.96.1] context.map not found

In the 2004-03-22 beta, updmap can't find context.map anymore because it
doesn't exist. Apparently it has been replaced by original-context-symbol.map.

I also notice quite some additional map files in fonts/map/dvips/context
which are not used, but I don't know how important they are, since I am not
a ConTeXt user myself.
