I think the upshot of past discussions (Thomas, please correct me
if I'm wrong ;) was that t1mapper isn't needed for current teTeX;
so we shouldn't install the manpage either. I'll change that in
the xdvik distribution too, since people who really need it can
fetch it from the source distribution too ...
