a bit slower than usual (i've been away visiting my mother and
revelling in early music in the vale of kent), i've now pulled the
files for the new release to cam.ctan.org (aka ftp.tex.ac.uk)

i've also pushed the stuff out to the other ctan sites, which ought to
mean that the tug box (at least) gets it rather earlier than it would
via the normal mirroring mechanisms.
