in my testing version I had those lines included too -- and I just removed 
them before I wrote the report, thinking "noone needs int64_t in dvipng ..."
just to realize  lateron, that compilation fails without 64bit-types :-(

sorry for that confusion  (never post a untested/modified patch;-)
