You can use the same with Debian, or use the frontend that is also
presented during first install of the package. But this has always been
one of the things that bring up bug reports, and also complaints in the
newsgroups - from Debian users and from others.

That looks fine.

Is this the case by default? In fmtutil.in, csplain is commented, and
thus the format generation is disabled. But I guess "depends" is not in
used in the same sense here as above with ukhyph.tex, i.e. no format
generation will fail if this is enabled?
