That line, quoted from Frank's diff, no longer exists in teTeX-beta (so,
I don't have to take any action about that line). Still, Frank is right
about the missing mktexfmt manpage, so thanks for the patch!

BTW: 2.76.7 has already arrived at cam.ctan.org. Thanks, Robin!
