A possible small bug in 2.99.1 beta

I found a small bug: the following file should be executable (2.99.1):

-rw-r--r--   0/0     9505 Apr  2 07:59 2004 tetex-src-beta-2.99.1.20041026/utils
/texinfo/install-sh

Oh, and I think I tried in the previous distribution and found that
Sun make does not work---one of the subpackages generated a Makefile
that make choked on.  Replacing with gmake works wonders. :)
