with 2.99.3 the warning went away, but xdvi behaves differently
from the 2.0.2 version:

when I push 'k' to 'keeping position when switching pages'

this is respected by 'f' (and 'b') but not by ' ' (space).

(but with the old version 'f' and ' ' both would respect to keep the
position?

UI-change or bug, or dunno?
