Re: Reinitialization of kpathsea after \write18

I checked that I don't have '!!' before $HOMETEXMF in
$TEXMFNAIN/web2c/texmf.cnf. Maybe it is a bug in teTeX 2.0.2?

I have attched a small example in my last message.
