I have looked at this package, but decided against including it in the
texmf tree. That's why it appears only in the texmfsrc tarball. And,
I definately don't want to add or remove package now (unless for some
good reason), because this would also require to update to other things
(texdoctk database, doc/index.html).

Thanks for pointing this out, I just have removed it from texmfsrc.
