Hi, Sucess on SuSE Linux 9.1 :-) Success on Tru64 Unix V5.1 :-) using: GNU Make version 3.79.1 bison (GNU Bison) 1.35 flex version 2.5.4 gcc version 3.0.4 (and it compiled using the native compiler, too). But what is the "correct way" of changing hyphenation patterns? INSTALL (and TETEXDOC.dvi) says that I can use texconfig for this, but I didn't find out how to do it using the new version. Instead, I copied texmf-dist/tex/generic/config/language.dat to texmf/tex/generic/config/language.dat, edited it, and ran fmtutil --all Regards, -- Svend Tollak Munkejord
