tetex /latex

Dear Sir,

As per your advise I have manage to download and install the package from
Sunfreeware  I just wonder why is it before I am having problems. Anyway, I
would like to ask how can I run or execute Latex because it seems that the
path are different on the install guide. Below are the path where it was
installed by using the pkgadd command.

latex.fmt = /usr/local/share/texmf-var/web2c
pdflatex.fmt = /usr/local/share/texmf-var/web2c
latex.ltx = /usr/local/texmf-dist/tex/latex/base
mf.base = /usr/local/share/texmf-var/web2c
