Metrics and map file for Adobe Utopia

Hi Thomas, hi everybody,

I have recently noticed that the tfm and vf files for Adobe Utopia as
well as the map file are no longer part of teTeX (utopia.sty and the fd
files are still there, though). I guess they where removed together with
the font files. I think this is rather unfortunate, since there is no
user-level documentation for installing these metrics. In addition, the
PSNFSS readme is pretty clear that these metrics ought to be included.
Could they be added back to teTeX? BTW, TeX Live still contains these
metrics.
