Format file not found - solution

Hi,

all I had to do was disabling account based configuration
to a global configuration by editing

/usr/local/texlive/2005/texmf/web2c/texmf.cnf

% working configuration for Ember
TEXMFVAR = $TEXMFMAIN
% does not work with ember
% TEXMFVAR = $HOME/.texlive2005/texmf-var

and creating the base configuration as root. The Apache
user had not rights to create the local configuration
and latex was not kind enough to tell me.
