Lots of references to MPto etc. in current tetex-beta

Hi Thomas, Olaf, et al!

I was running MetaPost and hit an error ... and my logfile contained a
message about running "MPto -tex".  But in Web2C, it's now called
mpto, not MPto.  And similarly for DVItoMP -> dvitomp.

I did the little experiment of running grep -r MPto * from the web2c
source directory, and found quite a handful of references which should
be updated to reflect the new names of the scripts.
