Humble proposal: add memoir to the teTeX distribution.

Hi all, Hi Thomas,

   first of all, thank you for the teTeX distribution. 
   I write this to submit to your consideration the possible inclusion of
   the package "memoir" in the next release of teTeX. The package is really
   useful, well maintained and, as a top quality mark, it has a *gorgeous*
   manual (not only about LaTeX but about typesetting and books in general).
