What happened to prettyref.sty?

Hi,

I just upgraded to Fedora Core 2, which includes tetex-2.0.2.
It does not include prettyref.sty, which is used by LyX. I
traced the problem back to the source packages of tetex. I
found that prettyref.html is included (in the texmf archive),
but this is the only filename including prettyref in the
source archives. I'm pretty sure that it was included with
tetex-1.x .

Any comments?
