Hello, The tetex-src-beta-2.96.7.20040721 configure script is broken on HP-UX 11.11. It gives the messages: ... ... (output omitted) ... checking whether the C compiler (cc -fast -Aa +e -D_HPUX_SOURCE -L/opt/Xaw3d/lib/X11) works... no configure: error: installation or configuration problem: C compiler cannot create executables. configure: error: ./configure failed for libs Obviously, this error report is incorrect - the compiler works just fine...
