FYI:

Forward and reverse search work for me with teTeX 3, KDVI 3.3.1, kile 
1.7.1. I simply replaced "latex" by "latex -src-specials" in the 
"Configure Kile..."/Build/LaTeX/General/Command kile configuration option 
and I do not load srcltx.*.
