It isn't just your system.

Note the extra 'right3' at byte 962.  This seems to come from
the '\newrgbcolor'.  For teTeX 3, \newcolor is defined using \color in
     .../texmf-dist/tex/latex/pstricks/pstricks.sty

but for teTeX 2.02 was defined using \pst@color in
     .../texmf/tex/generic/pstricks/pstricks.tex
