Thank you, this is the answer. kdvi has some advantages compared to 
xdvi, but Inverse (and also forward) search is the most important thing 
for me now.

I guess you are wright. Maybe the new kdvi in experimental version of 
Fedora 4 has some problems, but they are not manifestated in Fedora 3.

Yes, but it still has more beatifull Icons and menus and Control Center 
settings than Fedora. I also have it as a domain master. ;)

And RHEL3 is set up as our domain server and it would need much job to 
install Fedora and set up the whole server...

Is there way to rewrite tetex.spec from an older version of tetex so 
that tetex.rpm could be built for those systems that still use xfree?
