Porting tetex on windows

Hello all!
Does anyone known something about porting the teTeX 3.0 on windows, specially for
windows 2000 and windows XP.
The problem has arised when I tried to add private TDS to miktex. I found that it is almost
impossible. As a linux user I known that teTeX (2.0,3.0) allows to set up private TDS.
Any suggestions are welcome.
