Could you please do (assuming (ba)sh): xdvi -debug -1 file.dvi > xdvi-log 2>&1 gzip xdvi-log and then send me xdvi-log.gz and t1lib.log? I'd also suggest that we take this to private email off the list, since it may require more detailed debugging ... I'll post a summary to the list if/when we've resolved the issue, OK? Best, Stefan
