tlmgr collection for shared libraries

Hi all,

Would it be possible to provide a collection which ships all shared libraries?

It would be of great benefit for programs written in other languages than C
which use libkpathsea. I've also seen a libkpathsea6 package in apt (ubuntu),
but that would be out of sync if you use the texlive installation itself instead
of texlive from apt.
