Hello TeX users,

To start with TUGboat, the first issue for 2025 (168 pages!) is at the
printer and we expect it to start mailing soon. As always, we welcome
submissions for the upcoming issues.
  https://tug.org/TUGboat/

Many of us are interested in typography and text research as well as
TeX. The long-time journal Visible Language is now fully open-access
and available on the web:
  https://www.visible-language.org/journal/

The latest issue includes an article "Digital Type Challenges" by
Lucida designers Charles Bigelow and Kris Holmes:

Visible Language is welcoming submissions for a special student issue
later this year:

Enjoy!
