Hello Alekhya. There is no EULA for MacTeX. It is free/libre/open source software. https://tug.org/mactex/aboutmactex.html MacTeX consists of TeX Live plus a few additional Mac-specific items. https://tug.org/texlive/copying.html Hope this helps, Karl
