Installing TeX Live 2025 on Windows 11

Hei, I tried installing the latest tex live release using the .exe on Windows 11. However, installation stops after a moments with the same error that was reported here: https://tex.stackexchange.com/questions/750614/error-installing-tex-live-cant-call-method-schemes-on-an-undefined-value Do you have an idea how/if this could be fixed?
