thanks for the great idea, but it seems that gs 10.06 already
incorporates this patch

```
$ tar -xf ghostscript-10.06.0.tar.xz
$ cd ghostscript-10.06.0/
$ patch -p1 -R --dry-run < ../cmap-fix-git65f6ea3c1660ea05b6a575cbe738e66e54b9a497.patch
checking file pdf/pdf_cmap.c
```

And with that gs, the problem still appears :-(

Maybe I should open another bug at ghostscript.
