tl26 pretest

For those interested in the upcoming TeX Live 2026, the pretest is in
its last few days. Barring bug reports, which are most welcome (the
whole point of having a pretest), the binaries are stable at this point.

Please try it if you have time and inclination:

The MacTeX and BasicTeX pretest versions for Macs are also available.

Although I had estimated the release for March 7, I see no reason not to
make the release earlier at this point, perhaps on March 1. Unless
showstoppers are reported.
