Now that texi2html can be downloaded from the cvshome site, I left just
the new URL, like the previous version.

You may want to update the AUTHOR section above that, btw.
You might at the same time insert something like `The latest version of this
program [, as well as ...,] can be found at ' before the URL.

(texi2html.1 is generated from .in by running configure.  Personally I'd be
inclined to remove texi2html.1 from CVS, and add the filename to .cvsignore.)
