Between Collab and I, the CVS RPM on cvshome.org has been upgraded to a 
version based on 1.11.6.  I also fixed some of the commit and log helper 
scripts to deal with files starting with `-', so commits work, do not 
spew extra garbage, and generate usable commit emails.  There still 
appears to be a problem with cvs up -j, but it looks like a bug that is 
still in the CVS trunk.
