Your requested content developer role on the texi2html project

I did not grant your requested content developer status on the texi2html
project on cvshome.org.  I did however grant you observer status.

It is the policy of the texi2html project that new content developers
are not approved until they have submitted some number of patches that
have been reviewed and used on the project.  At that time, a unanimous
vote of the existing developers is required to grant new developer
status.

Observers have the right to create and edit issues (bug reports, feature
requests, etc.).  Please use this feature to submit fixes for existing
issues or to create and maybe fix new issues.  We could use the help!

If you believe you have received this message in error (e.g. you were a
developer before the move to cvshome.org), please let me know.
