Are you the new maintainer? Um, for lack of another, it's probably me. I'd probably give the title away if I believed someone else really wanted to, knew what they were doing, and would be active. I'm one of the maintainers of CVS and that takes up most of my time. My primary interest in texi2html at the moment is for generation of the CVS manual - without patch submissions you can probably expect a flury of activity roughly coinciding with CVS releases. I'll probably take the time to review any patch submissions for relevance and usuability and try to commit the good ones as they come in. If they start to seem like too much for me I'll probably try and ditch the maintainership on whoever is submitting the most good patches. I've created two other developers already on cvshome.org. I've reviewed and used patches from both in the past. Adrian Aichner fixed some bugs in the code and I believe Peter Moulder was mostly documentation patches. As for what happened to Olaf, I really don't know. I haven't seen him on the mailing list in 10 months, CVS access to the source disappeared around March, I think, and now Teun reports that ftp access to the old site has gone away. I've sent at least one direct email to Olaf without response, I think two, and others report the same. > Is there a new list? > I don't like it much that there isn't the senders name in > the From: Several. [email protected] and [email protected] are probably the most relevant discussion lists: http://texi2html.cvshome.org/servlets/ProjectMailingListListhttp://texi2html.cvshome.org/servlets/ProjectMailingListList . I've changed the references in the 1.65 (dev) source already.
