Some distributions strip down the Perl installation and don't install some
"standard" modules.

I believe that Devel::Peek, as well as Devel::Refcount (missing for your
macOS report) are only used in texi2any for internal correctness checking,
and so it should not be a big deal for us not to require these modules.
