These are locales switching or output string translations errors.  Both
for HTML and Info, which means both in C and Perl if C/XS is used.  But
I am not sure that XS is used.

I am a bit surprised by those errors on a platform that should use the
GNU libraries.

I did not find any HURD/Debian host in cfarm.  Would there be a
possibility to have access to such a host somewhere by ssh?
