I cloned your repository (as it is an exact copy of the mquinson one).

I tried the commands below:

Same result inside my 'po4a-git' local copy repository.

Can you help with that?

My Operating System is Linux From Scratch (LFS) 12.4 (no package
manager at all).
Perl: 5.42.0
