po4a::sgml: The needed module SGMLS.pm was not found and needs to be
installed. It can be found on the CPAN, in package libsgmls-perl
            on debian, etc.
Compilation failed in require at -e line 1.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at -e line 1.

Inside or outside the 'po4a' git repository, same result.
