removing configure flags for some detected features?

Hello,

It seems to me that the following configure flags are not really useful,
abiding to the detected value without a possibility of control seems to
me to be ok:
 --enable-t2a-tests
 --enable-refcounts-checks
 --enable-pod-simple-texinfo-tests
 --enable-perl-api-texi-build

Does anybody think that some could be useful?

Conversly, I think that being able to control XS build with
--enable-perl-xs is useful.
