I added an init file that adds breadcrumb navigation:

I got the inspiration and some CSS from the lilypond PR, but not the Perl
code because
1) I use spans in a paragraph, similar to the remaining of the navigation
   panel
2) I used a simpler way to get up elements (from book.pm) since I did not
   try to be compatible with older Texinfo releases
3) the approach is simpler in term of CSS, using classes more, to be
   more in line with my little knowledge of CSS

It seemed to me that the breadcrumbs was not enough for the navigation,
so I have added the breadcrumbs are at the top, followed by the usual
navigation panel with Up direction removed, since the breadcrumbs enhance
and replace the Up direction.

Since the / is in CSS, the result is not good in a text browser.  It
would be easy to use a " / " instead, but then it would not be
customizable.
