JS in HTML output

  Dear all,

there doesn't seem to be an equivalent of --css-ref / --css-include for
Javascript, that is, allowing me to add something like this in the HTML
output's header:

<script type=3D"text/javascript" src=3D"blahblah.js"></script>

How would you do something like that?
