Dear Sir,

 I am Dr. Collins Azubuike the director of accounts Nigeria
National  Petroleum Co-operation (NNPC). I believed you are a trust worthy person. Their was a contract awarded by my 
corporation some years ago to a foreign contractor Mr
Crusevic from Croatia worth($40,000,000 USD). 

I and two of my colleaques, who assisted him to get
this contract monitored it from the begining to the
end.Mr. Crusevic was given ($10,000,000 USD) being part
payment of  the total contract sum, to start the job
remaining $30,000.000 After the completion of the
contract Mr Crusevic went on holiday, pending when he
will come back from the holiday to collect his balance
of($30,000,000 USD) it was while Mr. Crusevic was on
holiday he died of Cadiac Arrest.

Right now I and my colleagues heard the news of his
death and concealed it. What we are looking for now is
a trustworthy foreigner whom we will present as next
of kin to Mr.Crusevic and collect this money into his
or her foreign account and share it Amicably. 

But before this contract was awarded to Mr. crusevic, I and
Mr. crusevic collaborated to overwrite the actual amount of 
the contract sum which costed $15,000,000.00 USD. and we both agreed to share 50/50 at the end of the transaction, not untill the unfotunate and sad we news that reached me concerning his death. You see the reason why we need your help and also why 
I cannot achieve this alone. I would also like to assure you that this transaction is 100% risk free as my influence here in my country supercedes all stringes attached very neatly. Besides you don't have to worry about that.    

 Based on the above reason we are  now searching for a
foreigner because we can not claim this money here in
Nigeria hence we are civil servant and transactions of this kind requires international protocols which overpowers my authority once it is international.You are therefore adviced to send the following details:

of your bank and the address of the bank.

 2 Your company's name,and your confidential telephone

 As soon as we receive the above details, and your
willingness to assist,we will then go for the 21 counter affidavit of means for proof of ownership that will empower you as the sole and the legitimate beneficiary of this said amount,
