numbering sections in makeinfo output

For some time, makeinfo has had an option --number-sections to number
the chapters/appendices/sections/etc. in its output, a la TeX.  (I think
kama originally implemented it, but to be honest I don't remember.)

Offhand, it would seem logical to make this the default, so that TeX and
HTML/Info output are similar.  Does this seem reasonable?  Does anyone
see a reason not to do this?
