Currently texi2html follows the same scheme than makeinfo. I will use
the new scheme we discussed about when it is implemented in makeinfo,
such that cross references remains as similar as possible between a
makeinfo and a texi2html of the same date... I could not be lazy and 
implement it now, but I am lazy ;)
