Even this change alone is basically good, though I'm having a hard time making nsgmls and openjade process XML docs, where SGML simply works. I believe this problem is related to my system only. On the other hand, there's a side effect using --docbook, --xml, etc. at the same time. Those options should exclusively enable only one output format at a time.
