a test release of texinfo.tex

Hello all,
	I'd like to ask for testing of texinfo.tex.
My test version can be obtained from

http://www.math.cas.cz/~kasal/sw/gnu/texinfo/texinfo.tex{.bz2,.gz,}
(a temporary URL, will disappear without notice).

Most of the changes (except the last few) have already been reviewed
by Karl, but they are not yet checked to berlios.

Sorry, I don't have a good changelog.  If you want to see a list of changes,
you have to start with the version on berlios, and then dig into files
http://www.math.cas.cz/~kasal/sw/gnu/texinfo/texinfo_patches{2,3}.tar.bz2
(Or just wait until Karl checks my changes in.)

If you find a bug, I guess it should be reported here, at texinfo-pretest.
(It should be published to inform otehr testers, but there is no need to
fill bug-texinfo archives.)
