    The current CVS makeinfo program fails when generating the output for
    the groff documentation. Makeinfo from the texinfo-4.6 package works.

    The problem involves macros and the @group command. The groff
    documentation creates an 'Example' and 'endExample' macro like so:

Sorry for the long delay.  Yesterday I checked in a small fix, or at
least workaround, to makeinfo.c for this problem, if you'd like to try it.
